Today, 3rd Dec 2024, KEPSA Foundation joins the world in observing the International Day of Persons with Disabilities under the theme ’Amplifying Leadership in Persons with disabilities for inclusive and sustainable future.’
KEPSA Foundation through its priority pillar Women, Youth & Persons with Disabilities Empowerment, Leadership, and Childcare, is committed to promoting disability inclusion within the private sector through development of a private sector disability toolkit, raising awareness about the employability and inclusion of individuals with disabilities, and advocating for the creation of enabling work environments. This includes providing assistive devices and infrastructure, fostering a workplace culture that supports persons with disabilities, and promoting policies that enhance their inclusion.
